This 500kW Biomass Generator is equipped with M12V190ZL Gas engine as original power, and possesses the following outstanding characteristics and functions: A) The output voltage can be 400V, 6300V, 10500V, reducing the initial investment and running cost.
B) Big bore of 190mm ensures its continuous constant power output.
C) Middle speed of 1000rpm ensures the service life.
D) Natural aspiration ensures the safety of coal bed methane delivery.

CONTROL PANEL
Control panel is panel type, vertical structure, model is GPL500. Control panel is equipped with meters showing various parameters of operating status, automatic air switch and timer. All of the electric cells possess three-proof functions.
The Generator possesses the following automatic monitoring and protective functions:
A) Audio or visual alarm for:
- High oil and water temperature
- Low oil pressure
- Over current
- Short circuit
- Over-speed
- Reverse power
B) Shut-off for:
- Low oil pressure
- Over-speed
- Short circuit
- Over-speed
- Reverse power
C) Trip-off for:

The generator can not only supply power directly to load but also can be paralleled running.

CONTAINERIZED GENERATOR SET (OPTIONAL)
Framework adopts high strength steel and I bar to form the base. The sound-proof container is equipped with explosion-proof lighting,air blower, combustible gas leakage alarm etc. to satisfy protection requirements.
Noise reduction measures should meet national standard requirements, which requires noise should not be more than 85db at 1m distance away from the generator.
Flat bed radiator is laid on the roof of the container which requires high quality of the container strength

CHP/ Cogeneration/CCHP Trigeneration
In order to make full use of total thermal energy from combustible gas, customer requires CHP system on the basis of power generation use. This system consists of heat exchanger, liquid supply pump or hot liquid circulation pump, valves and insulation liquid pipe.
The above components form a circulation system, with liquid supply pump or hot liquid circulation pump as power source.
It adopts heat exchanger and boiler with adding antifreezer to produce hot water for production and daily use.
★Heat recovery boilers waste heat of exhaust
In order to make full use of the exhaust heat of the unit and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of gas, a waste heat recovery boiler is added to the exhaust system to recover the exhaust heat and generate hot water (70 to 90°C) or saturated steam (1MPa). The waste heat can be used for production or life Use heat.
★Heat recovery boilers waste heat of hot water
Generator with a semi-open circulation cooling system, the internal circulating high-temperature water (cylinder jacket water) transfers heat to the external circulating high-temperature water through the heat exchanger. The external circulating high-temperature water pipe can be directly introduced into heating equipment such as heating, where the heat is exchange to increase the temperature in the fermenter.
This makes full use of the heat of the engine cooling water and improves the overall utilization rate.
